A Writer’s Struggle

I took Sacred Earth and Sacred Song off the market some time ago because they needed to be revised and now I am having a difficult time getting them formatted so that I might re-market them and move on to other writing projects. This has been a very trying time. I can honestly say I am frustrated. For those of you who know me personally, you know that’s not in character for me.

Every day I take a breath and try to move on with these two titles. I receive encouragement weekly from my friends and last night received encouragement from a stranger who asked me if I would edit and help her publish a cookbook. I respectfully declined as I am feeling selfish and self-centered with my time. After I get these two titles back on the market, I start on the next project - the next project mind you, of more that 20 titles on my list of “Books Written by Aylah Hallel.”

I am connected to my creative process now and I can say - it’s enough to drive me mad that I need to be moving on as the stories unfold inside of me.
