A Little Gratitude
Remember - it's okay to not be okay all the time. When you are not feeling well emotionally, spiritually - sit with that for a moment, acknowledge that, allow yourself to feel what you are feeling. And then do one thing - think of one thing you are grateful for.
And what you are grateful for doesn't always have to be epic. A healthy kid or the fact that you woke up breathing is epic. If those are the things you are grateful for, good. But if can be something small too - a nice bed to sleep in, having a house to live in, having food to eat are all examples of little things we take for granted sometimes but are actually very good things to be grateful for.
The point is - you want to feel better, feeling better sometimes, is a simple matter of changing up our thinking. Change your thinking, change your vibration.
