Quantum Physicists have for more than a hundred years now, known that none of what we think of as “solid matter” is actually solid. Instead, all solid matter is made up of atoms, and that those atoms are moving and are not actually touching each other.

Scientists and mystics alike call this spatial movement of matter “energy.” And many groups of thought are starting to recognize that this energy is affected and influenced by our thoughts, words and actions. Our thoughts, words and actions actually create feelings which are in turn vibrationally “attractive,” meaning that the feelings that we create with our thoughts, words and actions reverberate out into the universe and bring back to us that which we seek.

As human beings we are attracting into and creating our lives all the time through our thoughts, words and actions. We are continually - minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day - having those thoughts, words and actions, which in turn create the feelings that are creating the vibrations and energies that are creating our life. If you are alive and living in a human body, you are doing this automatically ALL THE TIME!

This subconscious creation of reality is part of the human experience - it’s automatic. But the willful, deliberate act of directing and controlling thoughts, words and actions is what we Witches call “Magic,” while non-magical folks might call it “manifesting” or “law of attraction.”

Magic is the willful and deliberate act of controlling our thoughts, words and actions to create a vibrational energy in alignment with our desired outcome which in turn effects the state of our life. In other words, if I am constantly thinking about all the wonderful people and things I have in my life - my energy of gratitude is going to reverberate out into the universe and attract back more of those beautiful, amazing things that I am thankful for. And likewise, if I am always unhappy and thinking about the things I don’t have, I’m sending out a vibration of lack and need to which my energy with send a message to the universe that I want more of that. I must want more lack and need because I am thinking about it all the time - right?

You literally, by virtue of the fact that you are human, have the power to create your reality just as you would have it. That’s Magic!
